Her work brings together more than a decade in energy medicine and healing, years of entrepreneurship and business mentorship, and 17 years of corporate operational experience.

Opening Private Intensive
A spacious initial experience to understand where you are, what is calling you forward, the threshold you are navigating, and the larger vision. Together, you identify the most important areas of focus and establish an intentional direction for the year.
Twice-Monthly Private Mentorship Sessions
Two private sessions each month for transformational mentorship, strategy, discernment, energy work, decision-making, and implementation support. Each conversation responds to what is present while remaining connected to the larger arc of the mentorship.
Between-Session Support
Private voice or written messaging for timely reflection, questions, decision support, and movement between sessions — within clear communication boundaries that keep the support meaningful and sustainable.
Personalized Practices and Resources
When helpful, Christene may offer tailored questions, energy practices, strategic tools, worksheets, recordings, or other resources selected for your specific needs. There is no generic content library you are expected to complete.
Quarterly Integration and Direction Reviews
At regular intervals, step back to recognize what has shifted, revisit the larger vision, evaluate what is working, and identify priorities for the season ahead.
Closing Integration Session
At the end of the year, honor what has changed, name what has taken form, and clarify the direction you will carry forward.

Not a Peer Mastermind or Networking Experience
If your primary desire is collaborative wisdom, professional relationships, referrals, or community, the Spiritual Women’s Network may better serve that need.
Not Done-for-You Consulting
Christene will help you see, discern, decide, organize, and move. She will not take ownership of your calling or create the work in your place.

Christene Sismondo is a Divine Feminine Leadership mentor, transformational facilitator, sacred space holder, and founder of the Spiritual Women’s Academy and Spiritual Women’s Network.
For nearly three decades, Christene has supported entrepreneurs, leaders, visionaries, and women in seasons of change as they navigate identity shifts, make important decisions, and move toward lives and businesses aligned with who they are becoming.
Her perspective is shaped by a rare combination of worlds: a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, 17 years of corporate operational and administrative experience, years of entrepreneurship and business mentorship, and more than a decade of study and practice in energy medicine and healing.
Christene is an Eden Energy Medicine Clinical Practitioner and Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher.
She is known for seeing the unifying thread within complex ideas, asking the question beneath the question, and helping women translate inner knowing into language, structures, decisions, and action.
