A Christene Sismondo Collaborative Experience

The W.O.M.B. Collaborative

Women of Mission-Driven Businesses

Build Your Meaningful Business in Community

You may be building an independent business, but that does not mean you are meant to build it alone.

The W.O.M.B. Collaborative is an intimate, Christene-led experience for women bringing meaningful, transformational, or mission-driven work into the world.

It is a place to receive thoughtful guidance, honest reflection, accountability, practical assistance, and the support of women who genuinely want to see your work succeed.

When Independence Becomes Isolation

You Love the Freedom of Entrepreneurship—but You Miss Having a Team

You may love the independence, creativity, and freedom of building your own business. But carrying every idea, question, decision, challenge, and responsibility alone can become exhausting.

There may be more possibilities than you know how to prioritize. More things to learn than you have time to implement. More decisions than you want to make in isolation.

And the people closest to you may care deeply without truly understanding what you are creating or how to help.

You may be experiencing…

  • Too many ideas and no clear order for pursuing them
  • Difficulty seeing your business objectively
  • Important decisions without a trusted sounding board
  • Business training you understand but have not fully implemented
  • Inconsistent accountability or follow-through
  • A need for practical help, not just encouragement
  • A desire for collaboration without competition
  • A lack of people who understand spiritually led or mission-driven work
  • A pattern of supporting everyone else while rarely receiving support yourself
  • A longing to feel part of something while maintaining your own independent business

You do not need another room filled with people exchanging pitches.

You need women who understand what you are building, believe in why it matters, and are willing to help you move it forward.

More Than a Mastermind

A Sacred Working Space for Women With Meaningful Work to Bring Forward

The W.O.M.B. Collaborative brings together a small group of women building independent, mission-driven businesses.

Each woman retains her individual vision, business, clients, intellectual property, and direction. What members share is a commitment to helping one another gain clarity, make decisions, follow through, solve problems, and bring their work more fully into the world.

The experience blends elements of

  • A trusted advisory circle
  • A collaborative working team
  • A facilitated mastermind
  • A sacred women's circle
  • A co-working community
  • A mutual mentorship experience

We do more than brainstorm.

We work together.

What Makes the Collaborative Different

01

Christene's Facilitation

Christene holds the larger container, guides the conversations, recognizes patterns, asks deeper questions, and helps members turn collective insight into grounded direction.

02

Collaboration Without Competition

Members are encouraged to share wisdom, experience, connections, ideas, and resources in ways that strengthen everyone's work.

03

Support That Becomes Action

The group does not stop at inspiration. Members help one another identify next steps, maintain momentum, address obstacles, and complete meaningful work.

04

The Whole Woman Is Welcome

Business questions are not always only about business. The group makes room for the emotional, relational, spiritual, energetic, and practical realities affecting a woman's ability to move.

05

Reciprocal Contribution

Every member has wisdom to offer and support to receive. The Collaborative strengthens women's capacity to ask, receive, contribute, and collaborate.

06

Meaningful Relationships

The experience creates the conditions for trusted relationships to develop naturally—not through forced networking or transactional exchanges.

Sacred Support. Practical Movement.

Build Your Individual Business With Collective Wisdom

Together, members may:

  • Clarify the work, offers, or message they are bringing forward.
  • Determine which opportunities and priorities belong now.
  • Organize ideas into a more coherent business direction.
  • Receive diverse perspectives before making important decisions.
  • Refine programs, services, messaging, pricing, and client experiences.
  • Work through implementation challenges.
  • Receive accountability without shame or pressure.
  • Share appropriate knowledge, skills, tools, resources, and connections.
  • Collaborate on projects or opportunities when genuinely aligned.
  • Practice asking for and receiving meaningful help.
  • Celebrate progress that might otherwise go unnoticed.
  • Stay connected to the mission beneath the business.
  • Build momentum without abandoning their values or themselves.

"Your business may be independent. Your journey does not have to be solitary."

How We Move Together

A Feminine Approach to Progress

Each gathering creates opportunities for five kinds of movement.

  1. 01

    Account

Reconnect with the commitments you have chosen, recognize progress, identify what changed, and decide what deserves your attention next.

  2. 02

    Sound

Use the group as a trusted sounding board. Receive thoughtful questions, multiple perspectives, strategic reflection, and insight from women who understand meaningful work.

  3. 03

    Connect

Share wins, challenges, questions, and human experiences in a space designed for honesty, belonging, encouragement, and emotional safety.

  4. 04

    Collaborate

Exchange appropriate ideas, skills, introductions, resources, and hands-on support. Explore genuine partnerships when they naturally align.

  5. 05

    Co-Work

Create focused space to implement, complete tasks, resolve obstacles, and make tangible progress with supportive women beside you.

Together, these practices form Christene's A.S.C.C.C. approach: Account, Sound, Connect, Collaborate, and Co-Work.

Divine Feminine Leadership in Practice

We Are Not Recreating the Systems That Exhausted Us

W.O.M.B. is not about avoiding strategy, action, responsibility, or results.

It is about pursuing them differently.

  • Instead of competition,

    we practice collaboration.

  • Instead of performing certainty,

we make room for honest questions.

  • Instead of giving until we are depleted,

    we practice reciprocity.

  • Instead of forcing every woman into the same business formula,

we honor the nature of her work, capacity, values, and inner guidance.

  • Instead of treating emotion and intuition as obstacles to business,

we recognize them as meaningful information—while remaining grounded in practical reality.

This is Divine Feminine Leadership expressed through the way we build, relate, decide, support, create, and move.

Clear Expectations

W.O.M.B. Is Not…

Not a Pitch Group

Members are not gathered to sell to one another or treat relationships as lead-generation opportunities.

Not Passive Networking

This is a participatory working experience, not a directory, social group, or collection of business cards.

Not Done-For-You Consulting

Christene and the members will support your thinking and movement, but no one else assumes responsibility for building your business.

Not a Beginner Business Course

W.O.M.B. does not follow a step-by-step curriculum covering every foundation of starting a business.

Not One-Way Support

Every member enters with both needs and gifts. The health of the Collaborative depends upon reciprocal participation.

Created and Facilitated by Christene Sismondo

A Business Experience Rooted in How Women Actually Grow

Christene Sismondo is a Divine Feminine Leadership mentor, transformational facilitator, sacred space holder, and founder of the Spiritual Women's Academy and Spiritual Women's Network.

Her perspective combines business education, operational leadership, marketing, entrepreneurship, intuitive guidance, energy work, transformational facilitation, and nearly three decades of supporting people through important personal and professional decisions.

Christene created the W.O.M.B. Collaborative after experiencing firsthand how isolating it can be to build meaningful work alone—even when you have significant business knowledge and experience.

She envisioned a different kind of environment: one where women could maintain their individual businesses while benefiting from the wisdom, encouragement, accountability, practical help, and genuine care of a trusted collective.

Begin the Conversation

Could W.O.M.B. Be the Community You Have Been Missing?

The W.O.M.B. Collaborative is intentionally designed to protect trust, reciprocity, and meaningful participation.

Expressing interest begins a conversation about your work, what you need, what you hope to contribute, and whether the Collaborative is the right fit for this season.

You Should Not Have to Build Your Meaningful Work Alone

There is a different way to build a business.

A way grounded in collaboration instead of competition, reciprocity instead of depletion, and meaningful movement instead of endless information.

Your vision remains your own.

But you no longer have to carry every question, decision, challenge, and next step by yourself.
